When you sign in with Sign in with Apple, we receive your name and email address (or Apple-provided relay email). This is used to create and maintain your account.
We collect information you voluntarily provide, including your display name, no-contact goal and timeline, relationship context you choose to share, session preferences, and support style preferences.
We collect journal entries, comfort session summaries, urge logs, trigger data, recovery milestone records, and no-contact streak history that you create within the App.
We store AI companion conversation messages and session history to provide continuity across sessions and to personalize your recovery experience.
If you choose to record a voice sample for voice personalization, we collect audio recordings from your device's microphone. This data is used solely to generate a personalized AI companion voice for your recovery sessions.
We collect behavioral signals to improve personalization, including urge patterns, session frequency, trigger tags, and weekly recovery review history.
We may collect device identifiers and technical information necessary to operate the App and process in-app purchases.
We use the following third-party services that may receive certain user data:

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at admin@hxndrdholding.com. Upon deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

The App requests microphone access solely to enable voice sessions and to record voice samples for AI voice personalization. You can revoke this permission at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone. Revoking access disables voice features but does not affect journaling or other App functionality.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
